1. Where are you based, and IS TRAVEL INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICES?

I am based in Loganholme which is nestled in between Brisbane & Gold Coast. All package prices Include locations within 30kms of Loganholme, if you choose your location further than this a small travel fee will apply. For travel further than Brisbane & Gold Coast, please contact me prior to booking.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot?

Although overcast weather is great for your photoshoot, if rain is forecast during our session time,  I will be in touch for us to reschedule to the closest available date.

What if my kids don't cooperate?

They don’t have to! I’m a mum of four, so I know that kids rarely stick to the plan — and that’s completely okay.

I’m not looking for perfect posing or everyone sitting still and smiling at the camera. I’ll give your kids space to be themselves, using gentle prompts, movement and a little play to capture genuine connection and personality.

Sometimes the in-between moments end up being the very best ones.

How long until we receive our photos?

For your photoshoot please allow one week to receive your online gallery. I do try my best to have a fast turnaround.

Can I reschedule my session?

If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible. A 10% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your original date, and this amount is deducted from your final balance. If you need to reschedule, a new 10% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your new date. This additional deposit is a rescheduling fee and will not be deducted from your remaining balance. I understand that sometimes plans change, and I’ll always do my best to work with you where possible.
